Corporate Menu & Conference Packages

  • Menus can be designed for each individual company for your requirements.

Light Lunches

  • Light lunches are designed for small business groups.
  • They can be in conjunction with venue hire or a separate event.

Breakfast Buffet

Minimum number of 40 guests.

  • Bacon
  • Sausages
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Hash Browns
  • Grilled Tomato
  • Toast
  • Orange Juice, Tea and Coffee

$20 per person.

For Gluten Free items an additional $5 per person will apply

Buffet or Set Menu

All meals must be a minimum of 50 guests 

All menu items can be personally designed with the catering staff for you individual needs

    • Special dietary requirements    $5.00 surcharge
    • Children Meals                            $10.00
    • Cake cutting                                 $2.00 per slice
    • Tea, coffee, milk                          $1.00 per person

All menu items can be discussed with the catering and function co-ordinator.  Final catering numbers must be two weeks prior to your event.


  • Antipasto Platter:  $50 Selection of cold meats, biscuits, gherkins, pickled onions, sundried tomato etc.
  • Sushi Platter:  $70 Selection of Mixed Meat, Seafood and Vegetarian Sushi.
  • Asian Platter: $50 Selection of Spring Rolls, Dim Sims and Money Bags served with dripping sauces.
  • Savoury Platter: $50 Mini Meat Pies and Sausage Rolls
  • Platter Sandwich Platter: $5 per round Selection of freshly made Sandwiches.
  • Fruit Platter: $50 15 to 20 guests of the freshest seasonal Fruit available
  • Cheese Platter: $70 (serves 20 to 25 people)
  • Chicken Skewers: $60 (20 pieces)
  • Designing your own entrée selection is available to each client
  • Clients are welcome to suggest different food items and change or add to all menus to suit your expectations and tastes.
  • Our in house chef would be happy to design your dream meals for your dream event.
