The venue for your special event

The Hibiscus Room is popular for weddings, birthdays, conferences, breakfast events, seminars and more. See a snapshot of some of the events and activities held in our function room. Up to 150 maximum guests.

All beverages must be purchased from the bar  – you can not bring your own soft drink or alcohol.

Room Hire $200 Monday to Friday. Saturday $300 Sunday $400.

Fundraising and promotional events

Monday to Friday: Room Hire is $200.

Saturday: Room Hire is $300.

Sunday: Room Hire is $400.

Kitchen hire is 6pm to 10pm only for $50.00 per hour

Belmont has a full kitchen with commercial equipment that can only be used by professional catering companies.  All clients are welcome to have outside caterers drop off your food for your event, please remember napkins, plates and tongs for your food options.

All clients are welcome to set their own room plan for your special event

Table Cloths and Chair covers are an additional price

Our bar is also available, all drinks must be purchased from the bar facilities. Liquor law states you cannot bring any drinks into the bowls club. Each client can arrange a bar tab to suit there event, or do a cash bar.
